Yes, you probably do! California is very lucky to have a certified  
dairy; in fact, it's a bit of a role model, and the USDA's darling  
here, as every time something comes up and they test, they are so far  
above the standard it's just wonderful. They pasture their cows, and  
take the milking barns to them.

I'm not convinced dairy is good for me, but it surely makes my diet  
more interesting, and I try to keep it to a minimum - and NO  
pasteurized stuff!
