There is an upgrade link on the site. The upgrade process appears similar
enough to the first-time purchasing process - with both a try before you buy
demo and a purchasable version.

no, there is a dictionary built into the mac os which works with voiceover.

I have no idea why sales have not gone well. I would hazard that folk are
satisfied with what they have or don't know it's out there. what is the
upgrade process?

You mean, the same talking dictionary being mentioned? that's interesting.
can you guesstimate then why its latest version has failed to take off in
that there is an apparent fall-off in purchases of it by Windows users? I
don't need to try another dictionary, myself.

Subject: Talking Dictionary Version 9

We released a new version of our Talking Dictionary in June and since
then sales have slumped quite dramatically. We've no idea why,
especially as the latest version adds new features. We have, of
course, retro tested everything to see if we made a mistake but it all
looks correct.

It would be very helpful if visually impaired users could try the demo
and give me their opinions - or let me know if it didn't work at all!

best regards
