Back in the nineties, when I was eating low carb, I picked up the book Neanderthin and knew right away that the author was on to something. I didn't need convincing, the idea of eating "like cavemen" totally resonated with me. I joined this list at the time and followed the conversation but never picked up this way if eating. For a number of years I followed a restrictive eating plan that allowed grains, legumes and dairy. Then I rebelled against the restrictions and my eating just went to hell.
During that time, I was on no mail, I just turned mail back on because I have so many symptoms caused by inflammation, I knew I had to commit to this.
I know I'm going to have questions along the way and I hope there are still folks here to join in the conversation.
