When I have eaten cooked meat I have woofed up 2.5 pounds in one meal. :(
The only way I found to not do this is eat dried raw meat, and of course
replace the veg. with tallow.
A. Vonderplanitz claims exercise not necessary if we eat totally raw -
seems true to me.
