You can also sprsy paint the walker. there might be some in different colors for kids already... I have several friends who use canes, and some are real pretty with floral designs. One guy has quite a collection of canes.
after I began to walk, my family gave away my wheelchair, i did ok, i fell a lot; my knuckles took the brunt of it. but i didn't have seizures, or neuro issues. then when i was ten, we went on a trip to virginia, dc and nyc, I could not walk w/out getting tired out, so they bought me a lightweight chair - well it was 'lightweight' for the times.
