Thanks, Greta. I am lucky in that my survey is an existing one that
has been tested for validity and reliability by outside sources so I
don't have to tackle much as far as that is concerned. BTW, my topic
is Elementary Principals as Technology Instructional Leaders and I'll
be examining teacher and principal perceptions of their leadership
for technology integration, comparing PA to MD.
