Congratulations.
I am one of those folks that are over educated with a PhD. I am not sure
what your question is. In terms of a survey or any other tool that you use
make sure that it has vailidity and reliability. If you are doing a survey
also make sure that it is well constructed having more than just surface
content validity. A good resource for surveys and constructing one is a
textbook that investigates qualitative research. If I can be of more
assistance, please let me know. Again congratulations.
