Does Direct TV or Dish Network in the USA offer this channel. I tried
calling dish network and they either seem to have no clue about this channel
or are not willing to look into it.

I have always like watching Arab Channel and this is the closest I can get
and it'll be wonderful if the above mentioned providers offer this TV
Channel.
