I just got this request to help Outback with a training video

My name is Julie Arens and I am the resident Celiac at the Outback
Steakhouse in Roswell GA. As you may have heard we are the store that has
expanded our gluten free menu to include items such as our Bloomin' Onion,
Coconut Shrimp, all of our pasta dishes and we even have GF hamburger buns!
I have been aware for many years now that as a company we have had a few
opportunities as it pertains to our GF program and I am happy to announce
that we have recently filmed our first ever GF training video. This is where
I need your help. Tomorrow in Montgomery, Alabama we are viewing the video
with all of the local store owners and had planned to invite a few Celiacs
from the local community to view the video with the partners and share a
little testimonial with them about what their experiences and frustrations
were with GF dining in Montgomery. Long story short we had a participant and
she is now unable to attend. If you know of anyone who would like to
