I obviously didn't have time to read all the recipes on Oprah's new blog and
there are a few gluten free oopses (on only a few recipes)! It seems that
they don't mean gluten free but wheat free. One recipe has spelt, one
oatmeal, and one has spinach tortillas. Most of these recipes can be easily
adjusted to be GF however. They sound delicious and many seem pretty simple
and fast to make.
