I would hesitate to drink Budweiser beer. If you injest gluten, you
can have a reaction that you are aware of or you can have damage to
your internal organs that is not apparent to you. Unless you have a
battery of tests after every beer to prove you are still in perfect
shape, the risk is not worth it.
Although I sorely miss "real beer" in my life, I have happily adjusted
to Redbridge and find my life still has the same quality it did before.
By the way, I have spent about an hour on Budweiser.com, searching for
a claim that their beer is gluten free. Unless I missed it, there is
nothing that makes that claim. Since this is a respectable listserv,
I would appreciate more information to prove to me that Budweiser beer
is gluten free.
