Just wondering if anyone is having any symptoms from the new Corn, Honey Nut or Chocolate chex cereals?? I have talked with General Mills and they assure me that they are made in a gluten free environment and all ingredients are gluten free....BUT, after eating several handfuls of the chocolate ones I had symptoms within 3 to 4 hours that lasted about 3 weeks.? I then took 1 handful of the corn chex and again in about 3 hours had symptoms.
I can't think of anything else that I have changed in my kitchen or diet.? Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem.? Thanks for your help.? Phyllis
