Does anyone know if there are blood tests (or is there a blood test panel) that can check for food allergies/intolerance & will be accurate even without eating the offending agent (example: is there a blood test to show if you're allergic to gluten/wheat that will show positive even if you haven't eaten gluten in years? or milk?)

  I will summarize. Thanks!
