Certainly am doing that and working it through.  I've actually tweaked the 
Contract to strengthen what I say and my desire that she signs this as from 
September (preferably before she leaves for holiday abroad on Friday 
afternoon) should start to exercise my right as employer.  She's "really 
milking it now", as is sometimes said over here.
