As some of you know, I recently formed a Raising Our Celiac Kids ("ROCK") chapter in Morristown, NJ. As part of our holiday party for the kids, we are having a Pampered Chef GF Cooking demonstration fundraising event, where Pampered Chef will be donating 15% of the proceeds from the purchase of its products as a result of the fundraiser to the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA).
I thought this would be a perfect fit since, I don't know about you, but prior to my daughter's diagnosis I was a self-declared takeout queen and did not even own a cupcake pan or cookie cutter and now, I scan GF food blogs for relaxation, bake cupcakes on a weekly basis, and get more excited buying a new kitchen gadget than a new pair of shoes (which would never have been the case pre-GF).
So, if you are looking for a new great quality baking pan or kitchen gadget for yourself or to give to someone on your holiday list, support a great cause and check out our online fundraiser, which will be open between now and December 11: www.pamperedchef.biz/marcisorce
If ordering any product, you will be asked whether you have been invited to a show. Put in "ROCK" in the organization line and press the search button....you will then see the Morristown ROCK group listed on the left hand side. Click on this link and this way any product you order will be counted toward the NFCA fundraising event.
