Regarding the salmon burgers at Whole Foods.
They first informed me that they contained gluten, then sent this  
correction:

Hi,

I just received the correct ingredient listings from our purveyor.  
They sent over the ingredients for our Aqua cuisine burger, not our  
whole catch brand. Our whole catch burgers are absolutely gluten  
free. In the future they will be labeled with the gluten free info;  
the spice mix and all other ingredients have not been in contact or  
are produced near gluten. I sincerely apologize for our  
miscommunication. Suggestions or concerns please feel free to contact  
me.
