Has anyone any firm information as to the gluten free status of San-J
Organic Tamari wheat free soy sauce? I have been using it with no
problems, but they do not state any ppm of gluten. The ingredient
list has nothing suspious and the allergen warning is only soy.
Thank you - you are all such a great source of information.
