There is no home tab in Word 2003. In her version of word, the check box
needed is in the tools/options dialogue box.

Hi Sherry
The Show All button on the Home tab turns that on or off.

Subject: [VICUG-L] Word Displaying Formatting Marks, Can't Get Rid of Them
Hello all,
I have no idea what I did but suddenlyWord is displaying paragraph and space
marks. I can see some of themand hear Jaws reading paragraph mark or space
marker. I checked underthe View menu to ensure that Markup is not checked.
I checked underthe format menu to ensure that reveal formatting is not
checked. Ihave no idea what else to try. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated. I am using Word 2003. Thanks.
Regards,
Sherry Wells
