Hi Becky:

When you are in the inbox in Outlook Express:
1. Hold down the alt key and press T to go to the tools menu.
2. Down arrow to the Message Rules sub menu and press enter.
3. Arrow down to the Blocked Senders menu item and press enter.
4. The list of addresses that have been blocked will be in front of
you. Down arrow and see if you can find the address you think you have
blocked. If you do, press the delete key. You will be asked if you
want to remove the address, press Y.
5. Tab over to the close or OK button and press enter.
