A handy little utility called

Switch

can do almost any form of audio file conversion.

Before you run off and convert everything to wma from mp3, keep in mind
this question: "will I be able to play those wma files on whatever
device I wish?" If not, and with storage so cheap these days (you can buy
a 1 tb -- 1000gb drive -- for under $200) you might have better use of
your time.

Personally, mp3 are my preferred format as almost everything plays these
things
Getting back to Switch, there are plenty of places which can direct you to
this program.

One is by going to
www.blind-computing.com

clicking on the link labeled

Audio

and doing a search for the word

switch.
