Hi Doris:

You need to enable SSL.  Here are some instructions for doing this in
Outlook Express.  Call me at the help desk if you need help.

1.	Open Outlook Express to the inbox where your list of messages is
displayed.
2.	Hold down the alt key and press "t" to get to the tools menu.
3.	Press "a" to get to the e-mail accounts menu.
4.	Press tab until you get to the e-mail account you need to
change.  Tab four more times until you reach the properties button and
press enter.
5.	Hold down the shift key and press tab and you will be at the
general tab.  Press right arrow one time to get to the servers tab.
6.	Press tab twice until you get to the edit field where you can
enter the incoming mail server.  Type: "pop.att.yahoo.com" (without
quotes) and press tab.
7.	You are now on the edit field where you can type in the outgoing
mail server.  Type: "smtp.att.yahoo.com" (without quotes).  Press tab
until you get to the servers tab.
8.	Press right arrow until you reach the advanced tab.
9.	Press tab one time and you will be on the edit field where you
can enter the port number for the outgoing mail server.  Type 465 and
press tab.
10.	You are now on a check box which says this server requires a
secure connection.  If it is not checked, press space bar to check it.
Press shift tab one time to make sure the server port number is still
465.  If it is not, type 465 and press tab twice.
11.	You are now on the edit field where you can type in the incoming
mail server port number.  Type 995 and press tab.
12.	You are on a check box that says this server requires a secure
connection.  If it is not checked, press space bar to check it.  Press
shift-tab one time and make sure the port number is still 995.  If it is
not, type 995, then press tab until you get to the OK button and press
enter.
13.	Press tab until you get to a close button and press enter.  Your
e-mail account is now changed.
