If you want to find the cookies folder, you need to, in Windows Explorer, 
go to tools, folder options, then under the view tab, there is a setting 
for hide operating system files.  Turn that off and vwala your cookies 
folder will suddenly appear, where you expect it to, under c:\doc and blah 
blah blah \ user \ cookies.
