Yes, All you need to do is save the spreadsheet you are in to a text file.
You use "save as" from the file menu, and then tab to the file types list
and select what you want. You may need to try it a couple of different ways
to get the results you particularly want. I do it all the time when I want
to create a word processor friendly, or Braille printout of a spreadsheet.

Is there a way to convert a excel file into Word, Plain text, or RTF so I
can figure them out; So I can get away from those obnoxious columns and
frames?

Claude Everett
everyone has a disability, it's just that some, are more aware of it than
others.
American by chance, Californian by choice "We do not need pity, nor do we
need to be reminded that we are vulnerable.
We must
be treated as equals, -- and communication is the way we can bring this
about."
Louis Braille (1841), (1809 - 1852)
