Hi, Sweet Tee!

I think, to add to your answer, it's faith which makes one trust God. 
I've trusted Him since June of 1982, and only a handful of depressing 
things have happened since then to make me doubt my own Salvation and 
faith. But I would probably say it's a matter of faith.
