If you happen to be in North Scottsdale AZ, try to get up to Tonto Bar & Grill Restaurant on the grounds of Rancho Manana in Cave Creek, AZ.? We have been going there over the last 3 years when visiting the area and the staff is always very good about my celiac disease.. 

Last night they presented me with a full gluten-free menu - including bread!? I had many terrific choices, but had the Field Greens salad (dressing was great) and the beef tenderloin medallions -which were outstanding. Also, the place overlooks the golf course & the mountains and the setting is just beautiful.
