a while back someone posted a recipe for an apple raisin cake. I lost it. I also previously had a recipe for an apple raisin cake from Connie Sarros dessert cookbook. I've left my cookbook at our other place in FL. Does anyone have such a recipe I would really appreciate it. I believe the apples were thinly sliced & then they cook right up, in the cake, so you don't actually have apple chunks in the cake. Then it had raisins, cinnamon, walnuts etc. It was very moist & good.
I would really appreciate it if someone could send it. Everyone is so great about this.
