Have any of you had any experience with fiber supplements? I find I can't tolerate psylliam or flax or even green supplements.
At home I am fine as my diet is full of beans etc. But we are going away for 2 months,staying with family and friends and I always find the diets just don't contain enough fiber for my gut to function. Any suggestions? What have you found works for you? I was hoping for a supplement as it is portable. Many thanks - I will summarize, Jane
