Hi Folks,
Any recommendations from the following list for a highly sensitive
person (me)? No gluten, milk derivatives, corn, soy, dyes, rice,
nightshade, eggs, fruit (That's the short list.)
1. a very mild easy-to-tolerate probiotic (I don't have enough
energy to make homemade yogurt);
2. a very mild easy-to-tolerate fiber (not physillium husk,
flaxseed, or Miralax)
3. a very mild easy-to-tolerate enzyme (no pork or pineapple)
Thank you! I will really appreciate your suggestions as I am
desperate to get my gut in good-working order. I have gotten sicker
than I have ever been, and I know it's from leaky gut, and I just
need to find products that I can tolerate.
