I would approach this idea of bringing your own pasta to Carraba's with 
extreme caution. People who don't understand the difference between 
"whole wheat" and "gluten free" are bad enough, but you will also 
probably find that, like Macaroni Grill, they'll be willing to cook it 
for you, but not in a clean pot, or even in different water. If we have 
to replace our strainers at home because of the gluten residue that 
remains, you can imagine what the strainers would be like at any Italian 
restaurant, and they aren't going to provide clean strainers to put your 
"once gluten free but now thoroughly contaminated" pasta in. :-/

Carraba's has some *fabulous* gluten-free meals, and we've never had an 
issue with them -- I was going there for the Chicken Bryan long before 
I'd heard of celiac disease. So enjoy what they have, but don't bring 
your pasta there to be cooked in a non-GF way!
