Can anyone recommend good places to eat in Kansas City?  I noticed  
there is a whole foods there and will go there for sure but the city  
is pretty big.  I found a mention of gluten-free pizza and a gluten- 
free bakery but haven't found much other information (like  
addresses!).  Thank you!
