Dear Listmates - 
There is an article in a recent issue of New England Journal of Medicine about how non-responsive Celiac Disease can be due to inhaled gluten. 

It figures. Maybe we need to avoid Dunkin Donuts (Baskin Robbins is merged with many of these now) and bakeries - also pancake houses.
