Sure. Just some copyrighted translations and modules are locked. You 
can find the starter pack and free material here:

What I am not sure of is how well the latest version works with 
speech. I remember I also needed to jump thru quite a wfw hoops to 
get the newer versions to recognize and accept the unlock code to the 
older Bible modules I had.
