I don't mean to doubt your culinary skills, but are you sure that you are
starting with the really raw noodles that are brittle before you cook
them? The noodles that are precooked are kind of floppy when you put
them in the pan. Of course, it is very important to put a layer of sauce
down first or the noodles could burn to the pan, but it just sounds like
precooked noodles to me.
Doubting Kathy, unless I see the recipe for myself, I will not believe!
