Kim, my friend, I had to move out, I got to the point where your at and I 
knew I had to go.  There were other issues that broke the camels back if you 
will, but I had to go.

Number 1 I hate arguing but with my mom she's always got to be right 
especially when I was younger.  I know what your feeling.
