The phone was busy and everyone I spoke with either had specific mental 
health conditions or said "I'm very depressed".

The burn is progressing but very slowly.  It sure gets me out of a heap of 
things, including the washing up, though Mike keeps telling me I didn't need 
to do something so drastic!

I'm getting some sleep, though not particularly good quality right now.

Anyway, thanks all for prayers and for asking how things are going.
