Hey Vick, I can so relate to your inability to sleep. I am currently seeing a
sleep specialist. The first thing he did was told me to go to bed at 4 am. I
usually go around 3 am so he pushed it to 4. to get me tired. Then he is
ordering me a sleep lamp to wake up by at 11:00 am. I found out I do have
sleep apnea and restless leg. I do my sleep test tomorrow to fit the machine
for my needs. I quit breating about 10 or more times in an hour. My legs
move over 25 times in an hour. So I do understand. I was on ambian for a
week and ended up giving myself a hair cut while sleeping. MOHAWK
STYLE! and no it was NOT pretty. Thank Jesus that hair does grow back
eventually. So, I am off Ambuan now. I am trying a new med called requip
tonight. much prayer Sweet tee.
