I found out where some extra settings are supposed to be set in outlook
express that I'm following up on.  If one of those is set wrongly, it will
force O E to reply to the send instead of the list address and thus won't
make it to the server at all.  I also made a correction, actually, a
modification, to the list header configuration which overrides all such
situations regardless and so it shouldn't do it no matter what now but it
still is.  Someone on another list told me where in O E that her setting is
likely configured wrong in one field so I'm checking with her to see.
