The Complete Book of Gluten-Free Cooking is a must-have for those on a GF
diet and also makes a great gift. The front of the book contains information
about Celiac Disease, a chapter about all the amazing grains available to
Celiacs, a thought-provoking forward, Kitchen tips, lunch ideas, flour mixes,
and more. There are over 300 recipes in 22 catagories including wonderful
breads, fabulouos desserts, satisfying main dishes, and an insert of colorful
food photography. The back of the book contains resources and a helpful
index. Read more and see photos at www.aidantbooks.com.

I am told again and again that my recipes like banana bread, cakes, granola
bars, and chocolate desserts are served alongside "wheat" versions of the
same recipe and my GF recipe is chosen as the favorite!! My motivation was
to help my 3 children, whose lives have been turned-around by the GF diet.
Thanks for your comments and encouragement.
