We are beginning to recover from the massive event this past Sunday.

The 2nd Annual event was held at Farmingdale State College, Farmingdale,
NY.

The final attendance count is 1,550...more than double last year.

We had over 60 vendors. See our website www.suffolkcountyceliacs.org for
a list.

Great speakers: Dr. Peter Green of the Columbia Celiac Disease Center in
NYC

A cooking panel composed of Beth Hilson (Glutino/Gluten Free Pantry),
Lee Tobin (Whole Foods Market's Gluten Free Bakehouse), Ann Whelan
(Gluten Free Living Magazine) and Barbara Bonavoglia (expert bread maker
from Suffolk County Celiacs).

We had about 35 tremendous volunteers from our own group that helped in
every possible way.
