I have an online recipe book where people are free to use and submit
recipes. There are a couple of requests that I do not have answers to and
thought this wonderful group might be able to help.
Here are the requests:
I lost my recipe for zucchini muffins. In addition to grated zucchini, it
had coconut oil, at least one egg, and coconut milk too. Does anyone have a
recipe like this?
Has anyone used coconut flour? What do you mix with it?
I would just love to find someone who knows a good way to make a reasonable
facsimile of good ol' Green Bean Casserole. I've tried using Progresso Cream
of Mushroom soup and it's just "OK" -- but the real trick is what to
substitute for the crispy fried onions on top. This is the (NOT GF!)
traditional recipe, if you don't know what this is:

Hello. I am wondering if anyone has a good recipe for Chinese or Japanese
dumplings. These were one of my favorite pre-Celiac items and I miss them so
much!
Thank you in advance for any and all help that you can give me!
I'm looking for a g-f recipe for the saffron and cardomum "Lucikatter" or
Lucia buns that are served on Santa Lucia Day. My newly diagnosed son LOVES
these and I'd love to figure out a recipe well in advance of the December
holiday.Any ideas? Thank you!!!
Has anyone tried making fried pies with the Birdshill GF pastry
recipes, or any other GF pastry? I'm looking for one made with more
thickness than a tortilla. If anyone has tried a Frito Lay hand-held fried
pie, that's sort of what I'd like ...
Thanks for advice/replies, even your unsuccessful experiences
would save me time.
If any one can help us out with replies to these requests I'd
really appreciate it. Thanks so much.
