In JAWS10, one can use the key combination: JAWSKey+WindowsKey+x to read
the clipboard contents. (Not available in earlier JAWS versions.)

is there anyway in JAWS for you to check if there is anything on the
clipboard..
In ZoomText reader using alt, shift, C will read whatever I have on the
clipboard.

Hello Harry,
The problem you describe frequently happens to me whether I mark a whole
web page or just part of one. I have found that going to the Edit menu,
alt+E, arrowing down to copy and hitting enter seems to work better than
just hitting cntl+C. I know this seems very odd but it has worked every
time for me. I only have this problem when using Internet Explorer - cntl+C
seems to work flawlessly everywhere else. Hope this helps.
Regards,
Sherry Wells

Subject [VICUG-L] can't paste a web page into word 2007!
Hi all,
Harry here, and I'm really in a mess!
I'm using jaws 10 on a gateway laptop, running windows xp home.
I found an article on google, so, I click on it, and the page loads, and I
am at the top of the page, then I hit control a to select the whole page,
then I pressed control c to copy the article to the clipboard, then I went
back to the desktop and opened word 2007, and it said document 1 microsoft
word, print view, edit. So, I pressed control v to paste it in, and it
says
blank.
What the heck is going on here?
Also, I tried pasting it into a wordpad document, and it says blank.
Harry
