Hello:

I talked to someone this morning who is running JAWS Version 4.51. He
is running Outlook Express on a laptop that is two years old. He's
using a USB Keyboard. His problem is when he's typing a message in
Outlook Express, the keys echo very slowly. I do not know if he's tried
typing a message using the laptop's standard keyboard to see if he
experiences the same thing.

We've taken a look at the Outlook Express.jcf file, both user options
and keyboard options and we can't find anything that needs to be
changed. He is running a virus scan, and he's going to defrag his hard
drive.

Outlook Express is the only program where he experiences this problem.
Does anyone have any ideas of what we might check to see what's going
on? I'm thinking this has something to do with the cursor blink rate or
cursor delay, but I'm not sure. Any ideas would be appreciated.
