How do you make cheese out of seeds? I have to admit, that is the Neolithic food I miss most and the flavor I have found impossible to imitate.

So, from a hunter/gatherer perspective, if I had kept that milk to drink, or ferment, it would be a scant amount to share with my tribe. Dairy consumption is a by product of neolithic farming practices.
