Keith, I think your suggestions are very thoughtful and valid; perhaps your 
comments can be used as guidelines.

I am in E Texas, but will not be able to participate in any get-together, if 
that is what you all decide...hubby has health issues...so I will leave the 
fun stuff to the rest of you!
