I've haven't read the book yet, but I found enough interest in it to buy it
and then left it at my mother's house when I was visiting. It's called
Genetic Nutritioneering by Jeffery S Bland PhD. "how specific foods and
nutrients can be used to improve gene expression to slow biological aging
and reduce the risk of age-related diseases. It covers the use of gene
expression",etc. Oliva
