Hi.  My first post -- hopefully I'm not violating any rules.  I was
wondering if anyone has compiled a list, or know of a website that contains
a list of menu items at nation-wide US restaurants that are safe/not-safe
to eat for those lactose intolerant?  I've come across items in grocery
stores, but since I tend to eat out a lot in restaurants that are fairly
spread out throughout the US, I'm curious to know what other people's
experiences have been with certain menu items.

I checked the archives -- didn't really see anything except KFC may not be
the place for me. ;)  If anyone knows of such a compilation or would be
willing to share their experiences with me on dining out, I'd appreciate an
e-mail reply.
