What people don't realize is polygamy is unsound genetically and it
is so difficult to get women to accept it that the only way to
promote it is by isolating people and indoctrinating them to believe
that this is the only path to heaven. Polygamy is a human and civil
rights abuse for women and children according to the UN Comm on the
Elimination of Discrimination towards women and children. The wives
and children are used to promote the mans wealth and they never see
any of it. It is poverty, incest and abuse and even if you are
libertarian you ought to be against that.
You must marry the young because once they are older they do not want
to go into polygamy. Not to mention that the polygamist groups are
racist hate groups. I disagree with Turley.
