Colin,
I asked FS about this, and the substance of what they said is that you can
run later versions of JFW on a 98 machine and they will probably work for
the most part. In other words, don't be surprised if some things don't
quite work as advertised. I'd say try it and see what happens. If you
don't like it, you can always roll back to an earlier version.
