i hav the alynco dmv-330a. This is a variable up to 15 volt supply rated at
32 amps.
Weighs less than 5 pounds, had a detent at 13.8 volts, or if you really want
to be sure, a switch on the back sets it to either fixed 13.8 volt or
variable operation.
There is a small fan on the back of the unit, but it makes almost no noise.
The entire top is a heat sink and does the job very well.
Even in the middle of a contest, it never got too hot to touch.
It has binding posts on the back, and a cigarette liter connecter with two
sets of spring clips on the front.
The only complaint I have with the supply is the hash generated on the am
broadcast band. However, there is a control to move this hash away from the
station you want to hear. It is pretty effective.
Overall, a very good and rugged supply.
