Hi Eric,
I did a lot of HF from two different apartment buildings that i lived
in, but in both cases, I had an antenna farm on the roof. The trick
is to get in good with your building manager. I now live in a
townhouse condo, and it is forboten to put anything on the roof. I
would be scared of the RFI from indoor antennas trashing the
neighbor's radio or TV.
